Overview

YUT Ultrasonic Flaw Detector For Real Inspection Environments
YUSHI YUT-2600 Series and YUT-2800 Series are designed for most real inspection environments. YUSHI flaw detector is equipped with a stand and strap for outdoor inspection work; the instrument's case is robust, drop-proof and waterproof, and each instrument can be equipped with factory certificate, allowing users in any inspection environment to have confidence in the instrument's performance and durability.
Easy and Flexible Operation

Keypad of the Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors
The keyboard plays an intermediary role in the human-computer dialogue. The keyboard is printed in English and its layout is shown as below. All control commands issued by the user to the flaw detector are completely completed by the keyboard. During the operation of the keyboard, the instrument is able to recognise the various meanings of each key according to different conditions, and then execute the operator's commands. The specific usage of each key will be described in the following sections.

What kinds of detection can be tested by ultrasonic flaw detectors?
1.Bubbles: The steel solution contains too much gas, and the gas released during solidification remains in the steel; Due to poor degassing of dissolved steel, the forging temperature is too low; Caused by improper casting methods, etc.
2.Shrinkage porosity (or tube shrinkage): The cavity caused by the solidification and contraction of the upper end or inside the steel ingot. It is easy to occur when high temperature, high-speed pouring or poor mold design, and when the shrinkage porosity is serious and has a large length, it is also called shrinkage.
3.Trachoma: Mixture of solution and refractory material. Refractory substances are mixed into the dissolved steel and remain in the steel.
4.Deflection: Coarse corrosion on the steel section. When the steel is solidified, it is caused by the difference between the parts due to imbalance, or there are too many impurities in the molten metal, the casting temperature is too high, the speed is too slow, or the ingot mold is improper.
5.Porosity: A manifestation of the porosity or non-compactness of solid metals. When the gases and inclusions in the metal solidify on the surface of the molten metal, the inter-product void or tissue gap caused by volume shrinkage or gas floating, which is not filled by the molten metal.
6.Non-metallic inclusions: mainly various oxides or other forms of disappearance present in steel. Due to the presence of insoluble substances (such as the dissolution of fire-attached bricks) in the smelting process.
7.White spots: Rough tissues that show microcracks, generally round to form an oval silvery-white wave. There is a large amount of hydrogen in the steel, which does not have time to escape during cooling or is caused by tissue transition stress, deformation stress, and cooling stress.
8.Center forging cracks: Microcracks (cracks) that occur in the center of the steel. Unreasonable deformation or internal stress due to low temperature or uneven heating, or too high processing pressure.
9.Residual porosity cracks: Severe crater cracks in the ingot, which are not completely removed, caused by forging.
