DM30 Series Black & White Densitometers developed by YUSHI are high-precision measuring instruments for quantifying the density of X-Ray films. Detachable Light hole
For the DM30 series densitmeters, users can remove the light source shell with tape and gently wipe the dust off the light-emitting diode with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

Calibration&Maintenance Instruction
1.Calibration Process
We use the standard tablet and computer software to finish the quick and convenient calibration:
- Select the serial port.
- Enter standard densiity values and original density values.
- Fit a calibration curve to compensate for photocell nonlenearity.
- Download parameters to the instrument.
2.Maintenance
- Please keep the instrument away from dust, moisture, acid, alkali, and magnetic fields.
- If zero calibration fails (due to dust), clean the LED of the aperture with cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
- Store the step density tablet in clean and dry place and only use it to verify accuracy (if the measured value deviates, recalibration is necessary).
