Shenyang YUSHI Instruments is located in Shenbei New District, Shenyang City, a famous industrial center in Northeast China. Its production base integrates R&D innovation and intelligent manufacturing, demonstrating modern industrial capabilities. The core area of the factory is equipped with a world-class instrument laboratory and 120 square meters of constant temperature and humidity dust-free workshop. The factory adopts high-precision testing instruments and automated production lines to keep the production process dust-free. Employees are required to wear anti-static suits when entering the workshop to ensure that the production environment meets international certification standards. The factory strictly follows the ISO-9001 quality management system and CE certification standards for the whole process of quality control.
With more than 30 years of professional experience in the field of non-destructive testing (originated from Shenyang Flaw Detector Factory established in 1985), the factory has established a complete production chain covering raw material selection, precision machining, complete machine assembly and aging test. Flagship products developed in-house here include the PM5 Gen2 ultrasonic thickness gauge, reflecting the company's commitment to innovation and excellence.
