YUSHI Service
Before the products leave the factory, the factory strictly in accordance with the standards of the product inspection, the inspection is qualified before leaving the factory. All YUSHI products are high quality products that meet national and world standards.
Once the products leave the factory, if it is clear that it belongs to the quality problem of factory design and manufacture. During the warranty period, YUSHI will provide repair and parts replacement service free of charge.
Warranty
1. Failure or damage caused by the product during the manufacturing process;
2. Normal use in accordance with the instructions for use, but the product malfunction or damage;
3. Damage or loss during transportation is the responsibility of the factory.
Out of the Warranty
1. Damage caused by exceeding the rated load capacity during operation;
2. Damage caused by user's own modification and wrong repair;
3. The damage caused by the user's use or selection of unqualified parts, oils and other products that do not meet the requirements of the product;
4. Belonging to the normal maintenance content, such as: cleaning, replacement of various filters; adjustment of brakes, clutches, engines and other parts that need to be adjusted.
5. Parts belonging to normal wear and tear
6. Damage caused by other accidents or irresistible reasons.
YUSHI Commitment For Quality:
1.Warrant that the instruments are new, unused and in full compliance with the quality, specifications and performance requirements set out in the contract.
Warrant that the instruments supplied will perform satisfactorily for the life of the instruments when properly operated and maintained.
If the quantity, quality, or specifications of an instrument do not conform to the contract, or if the instrument is defective, including latent defects or the materials used do not conform to the requirements, YUSHI will respond immediately to the customer's inquiries and resolve the issue in a timely manner.
YUSHI Commitment For After-sale Service:
1. Provide technical information on products;
2. Provide remote video technical support;
3. Response:
The company provides after-sales service as promised. The product warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, free repair or parts replacement are provided in accordance with the warranty provisions.
YUSHI is committed to responding to customer requests within 24 hours.
