Product Technical Features
Longer probe lifespan: The innovative replaceable front film acts as a sacrificial layer, protecting sensitive sensor crystals from scratches, wear, and damage during daily use.
Better coupling: Flexible soft membrane can adapt to rough, curved or uneven workpiece surfaces, ensuring consistent and reliable acoustic coupling. This minimizes signal distortion and loss to the greatest extent possible, resulting in more accurate and reproducible inspection results.
Sensitive Element Selection:YUSHI selects PT&PZT piezoceramic crystal,composite crystal, thus the probes are more sensitive to capture the bottom echos.
