Standard Measurement 

  • Contact measurement

After cleaning the surface of the pipe, the PT-04 probe is pressed vertically and lightly on the inspection point, the device automatically emits ultrasonic pulses and calculates the acoustic wave round trip time, which is finally converted into a thickness value.

Adaptable to temperature: -10℃ to 70℃ environment to measure the thickness of the object, to ensure the accuracy of the data.

  • Data Management

Storage and export: Support 1000 groups of data storage, can be connected to the PC software through the USB interface to generate test reports, to meet the requirements of CE and other international standards.

Abnormal warning: After presetting the thickness threshold, the device can sound an alarm for exceeding the limit value, assisting in quickly locating the corrosion or wear area.
